I bought a new vanismart mousquito bat from Lata Super market in Pallikkaranai area opposite to Balaji Dental college. The press button had problem and remain compressed. So i called the customer care and placed a complaint. In couple of days I received a new bat which is working fine. Good work Vanismart team. Keep up the customer service. It is working good. May be only company give warranty period for 1 year. Normally, these kind of product are being given 3 to 6 months warranty.

Overall very good. I have been using in my house 2 vanishmart mosquito yellow bat. I'm using the same brand for more than 3yrs, Few Bats changed/replaced with the help of their support team. it's good that, they have a very good support team to repair the bat or replace the bat with new one, if it's in warranty.

Firstly, their product-mosquito catcher machine was just awesome that we ordered 3-4 of the same for family and friends. After a period of more than a year when the machine stopped working- due to frequent power cuts, jus gave a try with their service number. To my surprise, it was equally hassle free and received the replacement. Good job by the team👏🏼👏🏼 Would definitely recommend.
